The night is long
and sleep does not win,
television broadcasts
a movie I have not seen,
the night is cold,
sitting on the tip of the bed
I light a cigarette, that I do not smoke,
look at silhouettes
the moon builds,
I talk to them about you,
but they do not answer me,
out there,
the wet floor from the rain that falls,
reflects
the colorful city,
silently
I give a half smile
to imagine,
the taste of your eyes.
It's dawn, and here I stand, thinking,
that the dawn is a friend of those who do not find the brightness of the day.
